Brief Intro of the Facilitator:
Azmina Afzal, is a PhD scholar at Institute of Educational
Management. She holds Masters of Education from Hamdard University, an MPhil in
Education and MBA in Educational Management from Institute of
Business Management (IOBM).
She has extensive experience of teaching, curriculum monitoring, teacher
education, career guidance and management programs in variety of settings. She works at Foundation Public School as an
Academic Head and a Visiting Faculty at Institute of
Business Management. Her research interests include exploring
effective simulations of teaching and learning, curriculum development,
teachers’ performance appraisal system, teachers' pedagogical knowledge and its
influence on students' learning.
