ASSET- CERP Summer session

It is a pleasure to inform you that this July, ASSET in collaboration with CERP (Center for Educational Research and Planning) is organizing its summer session on;
“Integration of ICT in Social Studies”. The details are as follows:

Workshop Objectives:
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to

Understand ICTs and their potential to bolster teaching and learning

Plan ICT integrated social studies lessons

Identify ways to institutionalize ICT integration into curriculum and management of Learning

Locate and adapt web based tools and resources for use in the social studies classroom

Use the Internet to extend collaboration and communication amongst the learning community

Eligibility Criteria	Enthusiastic Social Studies Teachers (teaching in Grade V or above) Academic Heads (Fluency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet)
