Individual Membership Registration
for the Year 2015
Dear Member,
This is to remind you that your membership
of the association is open for renewal for the year 2015. If you have
not so far renewed it, you are requested to do it latest by Tuesday, March 10, 2015, since the membership issued for the
year 2014 has stood expired after December 31, 2014.
To facilitate the renewal of membership,
a registration form is attached hereto. You are requested to submit this form duly
filled in and signed along with a
copy of your CNIC and 1”x 1” size photograph/s as well as an annual renewal fee
of Rs. 300/- per association membership to PTAN office between 9:00 a.m. to
12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday. The renewed
membership will remain valid from March 1 to December 31, 2015.
After the registration, every
member will receive a letter of the upcoming session. In case the letter does
not reach you in time; you can get an update of the upcoming session from our
website www.ptan.org
