Discipline without Stress

This session builds on the concepts of ‘Discipline without Stress”, the work of Dr. Marvin Marshall who is a specialist in education and child development. This is a highly positive learning session for teachers at all grade levels seeking to help young people learn without putting overwhelming pressure upon them in the process.

This workshop introduces a system to help teachers, foster accountability and positive life skills in their learners. Discipline without Stress sets forth very practical ideas in a reasonable and rational manner. This session will help to improve classroom management skills of teachers and maintain discipline within and outside the classroom.

This is a high order thinking session and will encourage participants to contextualize these approaches for their classroom and school settings. the session will help participants to:


·   Explore the differences between Classroom Management and Discipline
·   Discover the myths regarding discipline
·   Maintain discipline in their classrooms without taking and/or giving stress.

Facilitator’s Profile:
Nadeem ur Rehman Khan is a learning consultant, trainer and an intrapreneur. He works at IQRA University as Manager, Corporate Liaison Unit. Previously, he has worked with The Aga Khan Education Services, Pakistan. With over 6 years of experience in the learning and development sector, he has worked for employee development at various organizations and has extensive expertise in innovation, learning and organizational development. he has trained people from Bank Alfalah, Coca-cola, Avery Dennision, Feroz Textile, Asia Care, Basf Chemicals, Hascol Petroleum, Attock Cement, Gfk Etilize, National foods, EFU Life, Euronet, Gatron-Novatex, PPL and many more.

A lifelong learner, Nadeem has received professional education from the Institute of Business Management and Notre Dame Institute of Education. He is a certified educationist from the Australian Catholic University, Australia and an accredited trainer from Skill City, Bahrain.

For registration, please fill in the attached registration form and submit it along with registration fee of Rs. 500/-(in cash only) to PTAN Office between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Tuesday-Saturday).

Since the seats are limited, registration will be done on a first come, first served basis. Please note that no On-Spot registration will be accepted.
