Interviewing and Counseling Skills”
Seminar Objective:
By the end of
this workshop participants will be able to:

identify key features of counselling
Ø
demonstrate their skills establishing rapport effectively
Ø
interview the client by using correct cues and probes
Ø
learn counselling techniques to help the client deal with his
/ her problem
