PAIE workshop titled "‘A’ IS FOR AUTISM" on April 20, 2013
Dear Members,
PAIE is organizing an awareness workshop on Autism.
The aim of this workshop is to make the participants aware about Autism, its
symptoms and a brief overview of possible interventions.
Who Should Attend?
Mainstream and special educators, parents,
caregivers, siblings and people who are dealing with autism or want to know
more about Autism.
Details of the workshop are as
follows:

Venue: Aga Khan University, Institute for Educational Development
Facilitator: Ms. Natasha Abdul Noor Ali, Special Educator/Caregiver
About the facilitator
Ms. Natasha Abdul Noor Ali has Masters in
Special Education with specialization in Learning Disability. For Autism
intervention she has attended Son-Rise Program Start-Up (2006) and New
Frontiers (2007) levels at The Option Institute in Massachusetts, U.S.A. She is
also working as a volunteer activist for Autism awareness and has conducted
workshops on Autism at institutes like University of Karachi, Department of
Special education and Ma Ayesha memorial Centre.
