EYLA session on Make Trash Talk – Ideas for Earth Day Celebration on April 11, 2015

On behalf of EYLA Executive Committee, we would like to invite you for the ECE workshop to be held on. The details of the session are as follows:

Topic: Make Trash Talk – Ideas for Earth Day Celebration

Objectives: By the end of this workshop the participants will be able to discuss:
§  Hazards of too much garbage!
§  Significance of creating an attitude and mind-set of Reuse, Reduce and Recycle
§  Importance of inculcating the awareness of Earth Day in children
§  Activities on Earth Day thorough integrated planning

§  Effective role of  low-cost no-cost learning material

Facilitator:     Ms Aatika Agha

Facilitator’s Profile
Ms Aatika Agha has done Masters in Economics, Montessori Diploma and certification course in Early Child Development. She has been conducting training sessions for NGOs and miscellaneous community arrangements. She has worked collaboratively with numerous educational institutes and has been called upon as a key presenter in numerous educational training programs in the under privileged areas to create awareness about modern methodologies and techniques of interactive classroom skills and child’s holistic development. Furthermore, she has managed the internal and external flow of communication within the organizations for increased productivity.        

Pollution levels are as high as they are due to human consumption and their interaction with the world causing destruction to the earth and all species living on earth.

Registration will start from Friday, April 10, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. Since seating at the workshop is limited, aspiring participants must confirm their participation at registration@ptan.org or phone # 36826991-4/36347611-4 Ext. 8554/8556. Available seating will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the registration will be closed once the workshop has been fully subscribed.
