SAP session titled "Cartoons – A Vehicle to Explore Science Concepts (Part II)" on Saturday, March 22, 2014

Dear Members,

On behalf of SAP Executive Committee, we would like to invite school teachers for the academic session to be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014.

Topic:  Cartoons – A Vehicle to Explore Science Concepts (Part II)

The teachers who attended the previous session (Cartoons – A Vehicle to Explore Science Concepts) on February 15, 2014 are encouraged to participate. However, it is equally beneficial for the new teachers as well. Details of the session are as follows:

Objectives: By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

    1.  Explain concept cartoon and its importance for teaching Science

    2. Develop concept cartoon for their Science class

    3. Use concept cartoons to teach different Science concepts

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Date: Saturday, March 22, 2014

Venue: Aga Khan University-Institute for Educational Development

Please bring your science text book or any other reference book for the workshop task.
