PAIE workshop title “Live the Life You Want” on Saturday, March 22, 2014

Dear Member,

On behalf of PAIE Executive Committee, we would like to invite you for the PAIE workshop to be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014. Details of the session are as follows:

Title:                                “Live the Life You Want”
Seminar objective:
Therapist, teachers and parents involved in caregiving responsibilities to children with special needs face many challenges. They are at risk of developing mental and physical fatigue in the process of discharging their duties. In addition family and community members with ‘well- meaning’ and ‘not so well-meaning’ intentions try to advise and intervene in the process.  This at times is not welcomed by the caregiver, ultimately causing stress to them/families and hampering their motivation to work with their child. This session is aimed to help these parents/teachers to get a better control of their emotions and stress so they are able to work with more enthusiasm and motivation and can lead a happy stress free life.
