Strategic Planning is a process by which guiding members of organization envision its future and develop necessary procedures and operations to achieve the future. This workshop will help school leaders in making theirs school’s vision, mission, values and goals because:

Vision is your school’s destination
Mission is a vehicle that takes you there
Values are the compass to keep you pointed in a right direction
Goals are the route you select that get you towards your destination

Facilitator’s Profile:
Arif Karedia works as a Director Academics at Youth Enrichment Network Pvt. Ltd. and a Principal at YEN Academy. He has done MBA from Cyprus International University and also got certification in Early Childhood Development from Aga Khan University. He has conducted a number of sessions on teachers’ development on topics like Classroom Management, Language Development, Mathematical Development, Developing Environmental Knowledge, Active Learning etc. for various organizations which include Bahira University, Shia Imami Ismaili Tariqa and Religious Education Board, Early Years Learning Association and Pakistan Children Television. He is also an acting Chairperson of School Headteachers Association for Development of Education (SHADE) and an executive committee member of Early Years Learning Association (EYLA). Currently, he is pursuing his M. Phil in education from Iqra University.
