On behalf of SAP Executive Committee, we would like to invite you for the academic session to be held on Saturday, January 19, 2013. Details of the session are as follows:

Topic:         Teaching Genetics: An Articulation of Curriculum Framework for Secondary Classes

Focus:         Class 8^th to Class 10^th/O-Levels

Objectives:       

1.      To discuss and contextualize Genetics as a focus for cross-disciplinary learning at Secondary level

2.      To  explore mapping of Genetics concepts in reviewing:

              i.         Range and appropriateness of current teaching practices of Science

            ii.         Quality of the Genetics concept assessment: design and use

Time:              9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
