On behalf of EYLA Executive Committee, we would like to invite you for the EYLA workshop to be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013.

Details of the session are as follows:

Title:   “Creating Safe Environment and Understanding of Nutritious Value in Early Years”

Workshop Objectives:

1.      Safe Environment:
         a)     What is a safe environment?
         b)      How to create safe environment?
         c)      School role to ensure safety
         d)      Common safety issues in Pakistan and their safety measure

2.      Healthy Eating:
         a)       Importance of nutrition
         b)       What is balanced diet?
         c)        Healthy diet for children till 7 years
         d)        How to deal with some common meal time problems

Time:                      9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Venue:                    AKU-IED, Karimabad
Target audience:     Early Years Teachers, Practitioners and Parents

Registration will start from Friday, August 23, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. Since seating at the workshop is limited, aspiring participants must confirm their participation at registration@ptan.org or call 36826991-4/36347611-4 Ext. 8554/8556. Available seating will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the registration will be closed once the workshop has been fully subscribed.

Members sending their confirmations through e-mails should send their e-mails from 8:30 a.m. (PST) on August 23, 2013.  Any e-mail received on August 23, 2013 before 8:30 a.m. (PST) will not be accepted.
